In Captain America : Winter Soldier, Steve Rogers is roughly running at Usain Bolts top speed. 13 miles in 30 minutes = 27.8 mph.

The math here is simple: 13 miles/30 minutes compared to 27.8 miles per hour. That's a little over twice the distance in twice the time, therefore it can be assumed that in 30 minutes, a person going at Bolt's top speed without stopping would run 13 miles, as Cap did.

I love how they used Usain Bolts speed as a template for Steve Rogers. It's always fun to find these nerdy facts from the Marvel movies. It just goes to show how much care and effort went into making them
