Adèle Haenel in the last two minutes of Portrait of a Lady on Fire may be some of the best acting I've ever seen.

First of all, I don't think I've ever even seen a writer or director attempt a shot like that. But just her ability to go through such a range of emotions in such a tight shot with no break at all was just amazing. The audience is hanging on every nuance of her facial expressions and emotions and she totally rises up to the challenge.
