What do you think is the scariest horror movie scene?

Title says it all. It has to be a horror movie, other than that anything is fair game.

My pick is the tanning bed death scene from Final Destination 3. Easily the most disturbing and horrific scene I have ever seen in a movie. Ever. And trust me I have watched hundreds of horror movies including all of the Saw films and all of the Final Destination films. Everything about it is unsettling and horrifying. What makes it even worse is that the victims aren't even adults - they are 16 and 17!
