Used to love watching special features, but almost never watch physical DVD's - is there somewhere to watch special features online?

I used to love watching behind the scenes, commentary, etc, but almost never watch physical DVD's anymore. Just wondering if there's anything online that allows you to watch special features. I don't think Netflix includes them online, right? Is it just not worth the bandwidth required to be able to make that sort of stuff available online? Or maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.
