Watching Shutter island for the second time is a very weird experience

Spoilers ahead, if you havent watched the movie dont read further.

Seeing how everything is set up and how everyone acts around Teddy, you didnt notice it the first time, but now when you are watching it again you can see the full picture and it just is a totally different movie. You expect to get on this detective/crime thriller when you first watch, now watching it the second time and knowing that Teddy is not what the movie makes you believe at first, it is a totally different feeling, a totally different vibe to the whole movie. All the subtle things, like the police guards acting nervously and on alarm around Teddy dont jump to eye on the first watch and now it is so obvious.
