I forgot just how good Ace Ventura is

I remember I used to absolutely love this movie as a kid, but I haven't really thought about it in years and years. Recently I was trying to keep my nephew entertained, so when I saw Pet Detective was on Netflix I couldn't resist breaking out that old classic. The movie is packed with such a zany hyperactive comedy that really compliments Jim Carrey's acting style, he really is living this role.

I still prefer Ace Ventura 2 though, that opening scene is an iconic parody, you can't not quote "Like a glove", and the spear scene is up there as one of the simplest yet funniest scenes ever filmed.
