Examples of surprisingly well-written, or particularly eloquent lines in movies that are otherwise not?

The ones that always immediately jump to mind for me are Padme's "So this is how democracy dies... to thunderous applause" from Revenge of the Sith, and Steve Buscemi's Mad Scientist Character from Spy Kids 2 saying, "Do you think God stays in heaven because he too lives in fear of what he's created?"

But I was wondering if there are any others which I'm forgetting that you're particularly fond of?
