In the movie From Dusk till Dawn(1996), Salma Hayek's character is named 'Satanico Pandemonium' which is a tribute to a Mexican cult horror movie of the same name from 1975 by Gilberto Martinez. The movie is considered one of the most important horror movies in Mexican cinema.
