Can we talk about how great Total Recall is?

So, I somehow have never seen Total Recall until last night. I was expecting a mindless run of the mill action flick, but it was actually awesome! It surprisingly had a great plot with plenty of twists to go along with the ultraviolence. It's got humor. Indiscriminate murder is rarely this funny.

Despite having a relatively clever plot for an action flick, it never took itself too seriously and everything just works. It's a fun movie, and I was on the edge of my seat until the credits rolled. Even Arnold's acting wasn't terrible in this one.

9/10 as far as action movies go. Highly recommended if you haven't seen it. Probably Arnie's best, right up there with The Terminator.
