The only upcoming project on his IMDB is Sherlock Holmes 3. Meanwhile Doolittle bombed big time and his last attempt at serious acting resulted in an Oscar fail with The Judge way back in 2014.

Does he pull a Tom Cruise, who abandoned serious films after Lion for Lambs, and retreat to the safety of big budget franchise flicks?

My prediction is he joins fellow Avengers alumni Chris Evans on Apple TV as the next hotshot lawyer who gets a chance at Defending Jacob. Lord knows price is no object for Apple!
