Kingdom of Heaven (2005)

I’ve watched this movie numerous times. Saw it in theaters when it was released. What a tremendous story to tell. IMO Orlando Bloom was a poor casting decision but wow, the rest of the acting - Liam Neeson, David Thewlis, Edward Norton, Jeremy Irons…the cinematography is spectacular. What a beautiful capture of the Crusades within such a small time frame. Say what you will about the final cut but this movie had extreme potential and it came out quite well. Ridley Scott deserves more credit for this movie.
