What’s the most mean spirited death in cinema history?

I’m talking about the ones that make you go “oof, they did not deserve that”. The ones that actually upset you with how mean they are.

Whilst not a movie, a great example is Magne in My Hero Academia. It comes out of nowhere and is so mean spirited. She’s just wiped out right as we’re starting to get to know her.

So, yeah, any suggestions?
