Mindblowing Sci-fi movies?

Im looking for some more sci-fi movies to watch while “under the influence”. Some of my favorites that I consider a mind-fuck are

• Annihilation (top 5 favorite movie)

• Coherence (saw last week, low budget but had me thinking about it for days after)

• Climax (this movie was fucked up but dance scene in beginning was nuts)

• Vivarium

• Under the Skin

Edit - (I've also seen)

• Arrival

• Donnie Darko

• Mandy

Seems like I tend to like Sci-fis from the past century or so & with cool effects/eye candy. Recommendations?
