Always found it weird why Marriage Story only (mind you this is still great but so is the movie holy moly) had 7,9 on IMDb until I read some user-reviews

It is crazy how so many people disliked it because they didn’t like Scarlett Johanssons character and thought she was the obvious “bad guy” without a shadow of a doubt. Like you NEED to have a villain in a movie?? And f complicated characters with depth. Also “they should have stayed together for their son” is a toxic argument that just leads to more hurt for everyone down the path
