What are some of the best fight scenes in film?

By “fight scenes” I don’t mean any typical “action scene.” I mean two people (maybe more) duking it out, mono y mono. Fists, swords, lightsabers, whatever! No car chases, shootouts, or dog fights please. I think my all-time favorite fight scene is the sword duel halfway through The Hidden Fortress! The tension, wide angles, choreography and focus the actors needed all made for such an excellent, realistic scene!
