Take two actors who have played the same character and swap them into another one of each other’s roles. What’s the best/catastrophic result?

For example: Gary Oldman and Alec Guinness both played George Smiley. Gary Oldman is now Obi Wan Kenobi, Alec Guinness is now Dracula.

Michael Keaton and Val Kilmer both played Batman. Val Kilmer is now Beetlejuice, Michael Keaton is Jim Morrison.

Harrison Ford and Alec Baldwin were both Jack Ryan. Alec Baldwin is now Indiana Jones, Harrison Ford is Jack Donaghy.
