Scariest movies of the last decade or so?

Just watched The Night House. In addition to being a great film, it is probably the last movie to genuinely freak me out since my first viewing of The Shining as a teenager.

With Halloween around the corner, does anyone have any awesome scary movie recommendations? Particularly paranormal thrillers, and not so much slasher stuff.
