What are some of the most intense scenes or sequences in movies that you have ever seen?

I recently watched Silence of the Lambs (1991) and the final 20 minutes of it might be the most butt clenching sweat inducing intensity that I have seen in a movie or a TV show. Even when the movie was over , I could still feel a bit of adrenaline due to how tense the whole sequence was inside the dark house. What are some other scenes or sequences that provided a similar level of intensity for you ?
