What villain/character had no redeeming qualities?

Watching Training Day made me think of this question. Denzel’s character Alonzo is all bad. From getting into an argument and killing a random person in Vegas (who turned out to be someone), to killing an unarmed drug dealer and still his cash, to getting into a gunfight and using his kid as leverage.
