Does Terminator have the most plot necessary love scene in film history?

We were all watching Terminator as part of the New Year movie marathon and when the love scene came up, there were a few jokes around the room but then we got talking and realised that, of course, that scene had to happen for the plot to work.

This got us all talking and asking if any other film contained an equally plot relevant love scene. Is there any other film that, if you removed the scene, would no longer function?
