What was the saddest scene in a comedic film?

Even though Little Miss Sunshine is mostly a lighthearted comedy there are definitely a couple moments that are gut wrenching in that movie. Click is another comedic movie that’s hilarious but the scene of him passing in his son’s arms is absolutely tearjerking.
