Which continuity error or plot hole in a movie always sticks out in your mind?

We all have them… the level of liquid in a glass changes instantly between shots, or a blood stain on a short keeps disappearing and reappearing, or the time travel doesn’t make sense for some reason or another….

Are you constantly catching new ones - to the point that it makes it hard for you to watch a movie - or perhaps it makes it hard for others in the room watching with you.

But flub always sticks out in YOUR mind?
