And I didn't forget The Phantom Menace and Wild Wild West. I don't adore every one of these movies, but each one of them is quality, notable filmmaking. I don't think anything like that has ever happened, before or after. This massive quantity of top quality movies.

And Being John Malkovich is so good. God, that movies hits hard every time I watch it. How the hell does someone write that, how does Charlie Kaufman manage to concoct something so nuts yet so brilliantly composed at the same time. And Spike Jonze does a great job behind the camera. Bringing a sense of flair to a crazy script. It was his first movie.
