Which movie deaths are most deserved?

Throughout movie history, there are countless people who have died who did absolutely nothing to deserve it. Then, there are the people that do something dumb and suffer avoidable deaths. Finally, there are the villains, some of which perform acts so heinous that any death is almost not punishment enough. Which movie characters who died, deserved their fate the most? With death was most proportionate?

I think Ramsay Bolton from Game of Thrones has to be up there. Not only because of how it happened, but because he was so convinced it wouldn't happen right up until he started screaming. Also, I suppose every villain from Dexter are pretty good candidates.

Edit: It was pointed out that my example is from a TV show. That was a bit of an oversight. So, I'll say Carter Burke (Paul Riser) from Aliens.
