A lot of people talk about Americans doing poor foreign accents in movies, but what foreigner has done the worst supposed American accent you can recall?

For me, it has to be Swedish actor, Peter Stormare. In some of his earlier, post-Seinfeld ("Slippery Pete") movies especially. One in particular, I can't recall the title of at the moment, he played a supposed American army officer with the most horrendous accent. No explanation, just a really bad accent.
