Annoying movie trope

Protagonist being pinned to the ground and being choked out, but there happens to be a knife/rock/anything that can be conveniently used as a weapon just barely out of reach, so the protagonist reaches their arm out as far as they can, and they grab the weapon and smack the enemy on the face with it, all while the enemy doesn’t even realize what the protagonist is trying to do.

This happens in EVERY SINGLE FIGHT SCENE IN EVERY SINGLE MOVIE AND SHOW EVERY SINGLE TIME.
