Most Disturbing, Unpleasant Films

I was thinking of doing a Letterboxd list of what Reddit considers the most disturbing and unpleasant films of all time to be. It can be anything - you can dislike the film personally - but preferably a film that's truly disquieting. If it also happens to be critically acclaimed (whatever that really means), all the better.

As a representative case, I'll use the classic f'ed up cinematic example: Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom.
