What movies start out as really predictable but turns into something unexpected?

Sorry if the question sounds kinda vague, but at least it can lead to several interpretetations, thus more possible answers/commenta

The movie that inspired me to answer this question is Million Dollar Baby, which starts out as Female Rocky but later becomes a painful and depressing punch to the gut

So more movies like that, I guess
