/r/movies, what are your top 3 science fiction movies?

I'll start by giving mine:

Gattaca: I know it has flaws, but after tens of viewings throughout the years I still enjoy every minute of it, and I still cry on the finale. The music score is magnificent and I like the character of Ethan Hawke and his portrayal so much.

The Matrix: The first matrix movie is one of the most "perfect" movies I have ever seen, from every angle I can view this movie, its perfect to my eyes. Couple this with one of the best sci fi stories I know of, and its definitely one of my all time favorites. Bonus points to the action.

Blade Runner: Very popular movie in sci fi circles and not, I think its deserved, I can only speculate at what people felt when they watched this masterpiece when it came out, it has one of my favorite scenes of all time in here (you know which one) and I cried a lot when I first watched this. Which for me is an indication of the weight a movie carries with its runtime. (Can't wait for the sequel!)

Granted I cry pretty easily from emotional heavy scenes, however the movie must have carried a tone throughout for it to impact me to that level, so I think its deserved every time I cry from a movie.
