The Prince of Egypt - Possibly the most overlooked animated film of the past 20 years.

The Prince of Egypt from DreamWorks Animation is truly a masterpiece. It checks all the boxes for a classic animated musical, but is rarely seen on any lists of top animated films. Just taking a look at the cast you see incredible credits like Ralph Fiennes, Sandra Bullock, Jeff Goldblum, Patrick Stewart, Helen Mirren, Steve Martin, and Martin Short, as well as many other talented actors. The score, by Hans Zimmer, and vocals are among my favorite in any musical, especially the male chorus which is very strong in this film. The animation was really immaculate for the time, and still holds up to this day, unlike some older animated films that show their age compared to modern films. I can't find a single thing I dislike about this film, and I would love to hear what others think of it, and opinions on why it does not appear on many top lists of animated films.
