What movie blindsided you with an unexpected emotion?

I just finished The Grey; I went in expecting Liam Neeson kicking ass in a movie with a storyline that is not good, not bad, just OK... and I came out with a well developed movie with fleshed out characters. I did not expect to feel as much sadness as I did towards the end of the movie.

What movies surprised you by eliciting unexpected emotion, be it anger, sadness, joy, or just raucous laughter?
