One of my favorite performances by Tom Cruise is his performance of Lestat in Interview with a Vampire.

Not only is it a great character that becomes a villain but probably one of the most persuasive and manipulative characters I've seen Cruise play. Along with great performances of Antonio Banderas, Kristen Dunst, and Brad Pitt it's an awesome movie that shows the human side of vampires for once, along with the authenticity of human beliefs like Gods, Faith, Visions, and Curses.
