Saving Private Ryan cemented how many people picture the D-Day landings, what other movies have defined historical events in the public eye?

Saving Private Ryan's depiction of the D-Day landings is now how many people would picture it to have happened. It's even been copied pretty closely in other media such as Call Of Duty and Battlefield. This may be in large part because of the accuracy of the scene, photos of the event look very similar to the movie but on a larger scale, but the movie is what kickstarted the WW2 video game craze.

So I was wondering, what other screen depictions of historical events have become our de facto imagery of said events?
