What are some of your favorite psychological thrillers?

I have always enjoyed movies like Psycho, Rosemary's Baby, Repulsion, Black Swan, etc., but have never tried to actively seek out others that might be similar... Based on some reviews, I picked up Kurosawa's Rashômon (but have not watched it) as most people said it was his version of a psychological thriller.

What are some other movies that are along these same psychologically thrilling lines? Main characters suffering with distorted versions and perceptions of reality? Stories driven my fear, paranoia, anxiety, etc.?
