What's the biggest "THATS NOT HOW THAT WORKS" in movies?

I think it's poisons that will kill in a couple days/hours. Like "I'm gonna just chill in your body without damaging any organs or being evicted by your body, but I'll unleash all my vengeance when I say so because the plot demands it". Either that or most car crash scenes. Don't care who you are, you fly off the interstate going 80 miles an hour off a cliff into a ditch, you dead.
