What is the most intense movie you have watched?

I was rewatching "Whiplash" (2015) last night and I realised halfway, during an extremely dramatic rehearsal scene, that I was just as scrunched up in my chair as I was when I first saw it, because a combination of the acting, backing sound effects and camerawork made me feel the pressure of the moment.

I don't think a film has ever achieved this much engagement from me before. What movies have you guys watched that makes you have a similar feeling?
