What is the MCU's greatest flaw?

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is one of the most financially successful film franchises ever. It also popularized (for better or for worse depending on who you ask) the idea of a shared universe between films. The films themselves have also recieved significant praise from critics and audiences alike. However, nothing is every truly perfect. I'd love to hear what Reddit thinks the MCU hasn't done well.
