Anybody get bummed out more of your friends aren't into movies like you are?

I think about this often. I see at least 1-2 movies at the theater on average a weekend and watch at least 1-2 at home during the week. While I know I can't expect people to see the amount I see, I can't help but be bummed out when no one on my social media lists really goes to movies much or enters into discussions with them if I try to stir up conversation (unless its a casual "the new Thor movie was awesome!" type of post).

Yet EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER IS INTO SPORTS. Why is that? Why is football so much more interesting for people to watch for 3-4 hours at a time several times a week?

Even if I tell people I know, "you HAVE to see this movie, best movie of the year!" they almost always give it a pass and instead their one movie they see a month will always be a superhero movie.
