What's your favourite instance of retroactive recognition in a movie?

So I watched the first Spider-Man the other day and noticed a tonne of cameos - Bruce Campbell, Randy Savage, Lucy Lawless - and also noticed that the woman who played the check-in girl at the wrestling show was none other than Octavia Spencer quite a while before her rise to superstardom and Oscar glory.

This got me thinking - what are your favourite instances of seeing a big star in a movie before they got massive?
