I discovered a goof in Apollo 13 (1995) that doesn't seem to be documented or mentioned anywhere online. A camera rig shadow is clearly visible. I made a GIF of it.

I re-watched Apollo 13 the other day and this was clear as day when I saw the weird shadow in this scene. Its not on the IMDB goofs list, or any others I have found.
