Does anyone here remember Olive the Other Reindeer?

About 18ish years ago some TV network released an animated holiday special based on the children’s book Olive the Other Reindeer. It’s about a little dog named Olive who misinterprets a lyric from the song “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” as being about her: instead of “all of the other reindeer” she hears “Olive the other reindeer,” and when news breaks over the radio that Blitzen broke his leg while training, she hops on the first bus up to the North Pole to save Christmas. Along the way there’s a penguin named Martini who sells counterfeit Rolexes, an evil mailman, and an assortment of other colorful characters. I remember the movie super vividly but I don’t see it playing on any channels anymore. Does anyone else remember it?
