Ben Barenholtz has died at 83 years old. Holocaust survivor and independent film pioneer, he produced several classics like 'Barton Fink', 'Blood Simple', 'Miller's Crossing', 'Requiem For A Dream', and 'Eraserhead'. Helped launch the careers of David Lynch and the Coen Brothers.
