Which actor/actress are you surprised DIDN'T "make it"?

We all know the ones that were pushed for no reason but who are the ones you thought "man, that person is going places" but never really took off? There were a few people I had in mind like the main guy from Eurotrip or Justin Bartha from National Treasure. Could have SWORN the guy from Grimm was him for like the first 3 episodes.
