I am baffled that the studio didn't see Charlie's Angels flopping before they green lit it.

Right off the bat, the previous film, with a much better and arguably much bigger named cast nearly 20 years ago didn't even break the 3:1 ROI studios look for. In that time there's been NO ATTEMPT to to revive the series on TV or anything even remotely recently....or Garner any sort of audience for it. I don't understand how anyone green lit this with the expectation that it would do well with Kristen Stewart and two other people your average person never heard of as your leads.

Now one of them is complaining men aren't seeing the movie and that's why it's failing. Buddy, women aren't seeing it either...🤷
