I wish more comedy films played bloopers and/or unused footage during end credits.

I had this thought the other day when I went to see a comedy movie in theaters, it played bloopers during the end credits and it was easily the most enjoyable/funny part of the entire movie. I wish more films did that, playing outtakes/bloopers during the credits.

I mean, why not? Seems like it's only a positive. It's fun to see some behind-the-scenes stuff from actors/actresses you enjoy. Maybe even throw in a few jokes/lines/scenes that didn't quite make the final cut.

Would definitely get me to sit through credits more often.

I get that it wouldn't work for serious movies, nobody wants to see bloopers after watching Schindler's List or 12 Years A Slave, it would completely ruin the immersion. But I think it works perfectly for comedies and maybe some musicals/light-hearted films.
