Movies so bad that you question the sanity of those who were involved

Aside from the obvious ones like The Room. Like I recently discovered Tiptoes, the movie where Gary Oldman plays a midget by standing on his knees. At first I thought it was a parody like a Tim and Eric skit or something. I kept waiting for the punchline during the trailer, but there was none.

Any other films that make you seriously question the sanity of everyone who helped make them?
