What is the most disturbing/repulsive film you've ever seen?

I've seen a lot of so called "disturbing" movies, but I think the one that stuck with me the most was Irreversible. The actual content in it may not be the most disturbing ever put in a film, but that combined with the realistic tone of the movie and how bleak and depressing it was is what did it for me. That rape scene was so horrific I had to skip through it. Definitely never watching that again.
