I'm completely skeptical about the decision to go forward with a Indiana Jones movie. Let the franchise rest in piece.

Good lord, let it die already!

I think it would be hilarious if they had Indy as a cranky old man, who's so horrified by the swinging seventies that he'll do anything half-assed if it'll get him out into the field and away from civilization. However, they probably won't have the nerve, they'll use the early sixties and pretend he's still middle aged.

It wouldn't be bad if Harrison Ford was still ruggedly handsome and could pull off the part, but for the past couple of years, he's looked old. Plus, he's been injured how many times in the past few years? I wouldn't expect to do any of his own stunts.

Unless they did a dramatic shift. Ignored Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and made a movie about Indiana Jones settling into old age and retirement but of course, that's not going to happen, so we're going to see another movie which will tarnish the brand because someone has too big a ego.
