What is the most disturbing opening scene in a movie?

What are some of the most disturbing or unsettling opening scenes or sequences of a film? I am talking about openings in movies that escalate pretty quickly and crawl into your brain to this day.

For me, the first ten minutes of Midsommar come into mind. The whole sequence is haunting and unsettling at the same time thanks to a powerhouse performance from Florence Pugh.
