Actors you feel sorry for

I shouldn't have to say this but any actor who was in a poorly received Star Wars movie.

Jake Lloyd and Ahmed Best were both targeted so much by people that had never met them for the crime of being in a bad movie that the former now has mental health problems (for something he did when he was 10 btw) and the latter tried to commit suicide.

And Rian Johnson, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, and especially Kelly Marie Tran were all harassed on twitter for...making movies fanboys didn't enjoy.

Do you hear how ridiculous that sounds?

Seriously, what is it with Star Wars fans and acting like people who make Star Wars movies they don't enjoy are "the enemy" who have some personal vendetta against them and they have to fight back against that?

They just made a movie you didn't like. They don't have anything against you because they don't know you.

That should be common sense.

Also any aspiring actor who does a movie that looks like it'll be huge and then it does terribly. Francesca Hayward in Cats and Noah Ringer in The Last Airbender come to mind.

And, to a lesser extent, the kid who voiced Young Simba in the new Lion King. He's practically an unknown and the first major role he's given is one where his character has an inexpressive face. But at least that movie was financially successful so maybe he'll be given another chance to play a character who has actual facial expressions.
